3. Speed control is possible through a thyristor speed controller (see Electrical Accessories). Several fans may be connected to the same controller. Speed controllers can not be connected to the fans with Т, ТН, ТР, VТ, VТН modifications.
Automatic:
1. By the BU-1-60 electronic control unit. The control unit is supplied separately.
2. By the T timer (the built-in turn-off delay timer enables the fan operation within 2 to 30 minutes after the fan switching off).
3. By the humidity sensor and the TH timer (if the humidity level in the room exceeds the sensor threshold adjustable value within 60-90 % the fan switches automatically on and operates until the humidity level drops to the standard level, after that the fan continues operating within the time period according to the timer setting, then shuts down).

Hidden in the ceiling. Built for real extraction.
Dwell DCLF 100 is a cassette-type ceiling centrifugal exhaust fan designed for bathrooms, toilets, and utility spaces where airflow must be strong, consistent, and completely hidden within the ceiling. It combines centrifugal performance with a clean architectural finish, making it ideal for premium residential and commercial interiors.
Centrifugal performance
Built to maintain airflow more effectively than a basic axial fan once duct length increases or bends are introduced.
NMB Japan Ball Bearing Motor
Delivers smooth operation, low noise, long operational life, and consistent daily performance.
True ceiling-integrated design
The cassette panel sits flush within the ceiling and keeps the visible space clean and architectural.
Built for humid spaces
Designed for bathrooms, toilets, and utility areas where odor removal and continuous exhaust performance matter.
Planning concealed ceiling ventilation for bathrooms or toilets?
Talk to Dwell Air for DCLF selection, duct design, and layout planning.
DCLF 100 is ideal for bathrooms, toilets, powder rooms, dressing areas, utility spaces, residential apartments, hotel bathrooms, and false-ceiling ventilation systems.

Ceiling-hidden extraction for cleaner interiors.
DCLF is designed for spaces where standard wall or visible ceiling fans feel intrusive or lose effectiveness once ducting becomes real.
DCLF draws air from the room through the ceiling intake panel and moves it through a centrifugal impeller inside the unit. The air is then pushed into the connected duct system and exhausted outside or into a ventilation shaft. The centrifugal airflow helps maintain performance even when the duct path includes bends or moderate length.
Air enters through the ceiling intake panel
The visible surface remains minimal while room air is pulled directly into the concealed cassette unit.
The centrifugal impeller builds extraction pressure
Instead of relying on basic axial movement, DCLF uses centrifugal airflow to support stronger performance through ducting.
Air is pushed into the 100 mm duct route
The unit connects to ducted exhaust systems and continues moving air out through the planned route.
The ceiling stays clean while ventilation stays active
The system remains hidden above the false ceiling while extraction continues efficiently in daily use.
