2. Shipping Policy
Shipping Charges
- Shipping is as per actuals and depends on product weight, size, and your delivery pin code.
- Some regions may attract higher charges due to accessibility.
- Final shipping costs will be shown at checkout.
Delivery Timelines
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days (if in stock).
- Delivery time: 3–10 business days, depending on location.
- Delays may occur due to stock, logistics, weather, strikes, or force majeure events.
Delivery & Proof of Service
- Our team/courier may capture photos of delivered products for verification.
- Customers must inspect items at delivery.
- Damage claims must be raised within 8 hours of delivery, with photographic/video proof. Claims after this period will not be entertained.
Site Access for Delivery
- Customer must ensure safe and accessible site conditions for delivery teams.
- We are not liable for delays if delivery is attempted but access is restricted.
3. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
Cancellation
- Orders are processed immediately for faster delivery.
- Cancellation is only possible before shipping.
- To cancel, contact our support team directly at +91 95015 51054.
- Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Refunds

Refunds are processed only if:
- Order is cancelled before dispatch.
- Product is out of stock.
- Replacement is not possible in a valid case.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Returns & Replacements
- No returns allowed.

- Proven damage during transit (reported within 8 hours).
- Incorrect product delivered.
- Replacement eligibility is subject to company approval.
4. Terms & Conditions
A. Pricing & Charges
- Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
- Freight charges billed as per actuals.
- Prices exclude local taxes/duties unless otherwise specified.
B. Quantities & Scope
- Ducting quantities are approximate; final quantities depend on site measurement.
- Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and civil works are not included in our scope.
- Custom/special-order items are non-refundable and may have longer lead times.
D. Installation, Operation & Maintenance
- Installation must be performed by qualified technicians as per provided guidelines.
- Incorrect installation voids warranty.
- Customer must ensure proper site voltage and electrical compatibility.
- Regular maintenance (cleaning filters, blades, ducts) is required for warranty validity.
E. Product Use & Limitations
- Products designed for standard residential/commercial indoor use.
- Use in marine, corrosive, humid, or explosive environments must be declared at time of purchase.
- Actual performance may vary due to installation/site variables.
F. Delivery & Fulfillment
- Delivery timelines depend on stock availability & logistics.
- Supplier is not liable for courier/custom delays.
- Customer must ensure site is safe and accessible for delivery/installation.
- Cancellation after payment is not possible once dispatch is triggered.
G. Returns & Modifications
- No returns once installed or used.
- Custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Minor design changes may occur due to product improvements (without affecting functionality).
H. Limitation of Liability
- Dwell is not responsible for indirect/consequential losses (e.g., downtime, profit loss).
- Liability is limited strictly to the invoice value of the supplied product.
I. Certification & Documentation
- Products comply with CE, UL, ISO, or equivalent certifications.
- Installation manuals and certificates available upon request.
J. Smart Controls (If Applicable)
- Smart devices must be configured as per instructions.
- Customer is responsible for internet/network setup.
K. Spare Parts & Accessories
- Availability subject to stock and market conditions.
- Accessories (ducts, clamps, connectors, filters) are consumables and excluded from warranty.
L. Force Majeure

Dwell is not liable for delays caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Pandemic disruptions
- Strikes/labor unrest
- Logistics breakdowns
- Events beyond reasonable control
5. Scope of Supply
- Online sales are limited to supply of products only.
- Installation, MEP, and on-site services are NOT included.
- Customers may reach out to our Ludhiana team for installation support and guidance.
6. Warranty & After-Sales
- Warranty and AMC are not part of online sales.
- Customers requiring warranty support or AMC must contact the company separately through the Ludhiana office.
7. Arbitration & Jurisdiction
- All disputes will be subject to arbitration and legal jurisdiction at Ludhiana, Punjab, India only.
